CEO, Liz Densley is an Enrolled Agent who has both a BS and an MBA with a focus in Finance. In addition to many years of experience working for investment management firms. She has 15 years of experience in tax planning, return preparation and assisting clients with federal and state representation and negotiating resolutions for a variety of tax problems.
My Story
Liz was born and raised in Southern California. In 1984 her family relocated to Reston, Virginia where she completed high school at South Lakes. After graduating in 1988, Liz went to college at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in the Fall of 1992. After college, Liz started her career working for Ryland Asset Management Company as a Financial Analyst. Missing her native state of California, she relocated to Newport Beach in 1994. She started a job with Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) and in 1995 was accepted into the University of Southern California where she earned her Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance. She then went on to work in investment management as a financial consultant. Wanting to further her career, she studied and passed a series of exams to earn the Enrolled Agent credential. She worked for a few different tax firms and after acquiring significant experience opened her own firm. Liz now resides in Seminole just west of Tampa, Florida.
In her personal time, Liz enjoys hanging out at the beach, reading, playing pickleball and volunteering her time to support and raise awareness for animal rescue organizations.
